ECREEE in cooperation with the Energy Sector Management Assistance Programme (ESMAP) and the Government of Liberia agreed to hold a regional workshop to validate the proposal for a ECOWAS Small Scale Hydropower Programme and a capacity building seminar on hydro power project development.
